2 eggs
1 c sour cream
3oz cream cheese softened
1 c sugar
6 T flour divided
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
3 c chopped granny smith apples
1 unbaked pie shell
¼ packed brown sugar
3 T cold Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie shell in pie tin. Do not prick. Bake 5 min at 375º. Peel and chop apples. In large bowl beat eggs, sour cream and cream cheese. Beat in sugar, 2 T flour, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, mix well. Stir in apples. Pour into shell and bake @ 375 for 15 min. Meanwhile combine brown sugar and 4 T flour, stir cut in butter until mixture is crumbly sprinkle over top of pie. Bake 20-25 min or until filling is set. Cool Completely on wire rack. Keep refrigerator.
