Pasty dough (tenderflake crusts)
Turkey dinner leftovers

Directions:

Roll out pasty dough. Use 5” bowl to press out circles. Add a spoonful of cold gravy to the center. Top with turkey, potatoes, cranberry, carrots, corn, stuffing. Moisten edges with water and fold over into half-circles. Pinch edges and crimp with fork.
Place on parchment lined sheet and brush with beaten egg. Prick with fork and bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes at 375ºF. Let rest for 5 minutes.
NOTE: An alternative is to use pastry pie cutters.
