Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 turkey
1 stick of butter softened
1/4 c. or more to taste,Season salt, your choice, Lowerys season salt, or Mortons garlic pepper
1 can of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw turkey. Rinse bird, pat dry.
Mix your butter and salt, separate skin from breast.
Your choice as to how you place seasoned butter under skin. You can place butter under skin and rubbing over out side of turkey or you can rub salt into cavity, then place butter under skin and rub outside. I have also rubbed salt into cavity and then mixed season salt into soft butter and put it into injector and injected several areas of breast, thighs and legs to help keep bird moist. Once bird is seasoned, place in foil lined baking pan, pour chicken or turkey broth into pan, place turkey and cover with foil.
Place into preheated over 250º oven. Bake over night. Check internal temp. remove from oven and lest rest. Drain broth to use for dressing.
