Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 T oil (peanut oil is best, roasted peanut oil is better)
1/3 cup corn kernels
Vege Salt
Butter or butter flavored olive oil
Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 3 T peanut oil in pan with four kernels. When all the kernels have popped, add the rest of the kernels and take off heat for 30 seconds (to help all kernels pop).
Return to heat and let pop, stirring or shaking until all kernels have popped.
Immediately turn out in large bowl and top with oil or butter. Season with salt. Top generously with Parmesan.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use Whole Foods' roasted peanut oil to cook the kernels and top with a butter-flavored olive oil when kernels are popped.
