4 cans of cut asparagus drained (reserve 1/2 can of juice or use 1/2 can of milk)
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 -1 tsp soy sauce, to taste or delete if you don't want to use
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced or diced your preference
Velveta cheese cubed to taste
Fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Place asparagus in bottom of baking dish. Mix soup, reserved liquid or milk, and soy sauce.
Sprinkle sliced or diced eggs and cheese over asparagus. Cover with soup mixture.
Cover with foil and bake 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Remove cover and sprinkle with fried onions. Bake 5-7 minutes longer.
