1 Cup Flour..................................3 tbsp. Sugar
¼ Cup Butter................................3 Eggs
1 Cup Water.................................1 tsp Orange Rind
⅛ tsp Salt......................................Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, water, salt and rind in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the flour all at once and cook, stirring constantly until dough leaves the sides of the pan and comes together in a ball. Put it in a mixing bowl and cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until smooth. Drop by teaspoon into hot grease, 365º. Balls will brown and crack and turn over by themselves. Make sure they are brown on all sides then remove with slotted spoon to drain the grease then sprinkle immediately with powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon.
