Crust:
1 c. plain graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Cake:
1 c. sugar
5 packs (8oz) cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9" spring form pan.
2. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar (3 tbsp.), and melted butter. Press into the bottom of pan going up slightly onto the sides.
3. Bake crust for 10 min.
4. Beat cream cheese, sugar (1 c.), flour, vanilla, on medium until well blended.
5. Beat in eggs 1 at a time on low until just blended.
6. Blend in sour cream.
7. Pour over crust.
8. Wrap pan in aluminum foil, put into a hot water bath, and bake for 65 min or until center is almost set.
9. Run knife around pan to loosen cake and cool before removing rim of pan.
10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
