Dough:
1 c. flour
½ c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese

Filling:
1 egg
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and gradually add flour. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease mini muffin pan.
3. Shape dough into 1" balls and press evenly into muffin cups.
4. In small bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans.
5. Spoon filling into pastries.
5. Bake for 20 min. until golden. Cool in pans for 2 min and remove to wire rack.
