2 garlic cloves, grated
6 anchovies
½ c. olive oil
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
¼ tsp. pepper
1 egg yolk
½ lemon juice
½ c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush garlic into bowl and rub onto bottom and sides of bowl.
2. Add anchovies and mash into paste (using a fork and knife works best).
3. Pour in ¼ c. of olive oil and mix well.
4. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, pepper, mustard, and vinegar.
5. Add whole egg yolk into middle and squeeze lemon juice over yolk.
6. Mix well and add remaining olive oil.
7. Add cheese and toss with romaine lettuce and croutons!
