Bottom layer:
2 packs (8oz.) of cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Top layer:
1 pint sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 325º and grease and 10" pie dish with butter.
2. In bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar (2/3 c.) and almond extract until creamy. Pour into pie dish.
3. Bake for 45 min. Cool for 20 min.
4. Beat sour cream, sugar (4 tbsp.), and vanilla. Pour on top of cooled cheesecake.
5. Bake for 15 min.

Note: Make sure cream cheese, eggs, and sour cream are at room temperature before starting.
