For one serving:

Classic mimosa: Equal parts sparkling wine, equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice, 1 tablespoon grand marnier or triple sec.

Fall mimosa: 2 parts sparkling wine. 1 part fresh apple cider, 2 Tablespoon sugar and 1 Tablespoon cinnamon combined to rim the glass.

Christmas mimosa: 2 parts sparkling wine, 1 part white cranberry juice, rim glasses with red and green sugar.

Summer mimosa: 1 part sparkling wine, 1 part pureed watermelon, add a little sweetener or simple syrup to taste (optional)

Serve chilled in champagne flutes.

Use sparkling white grape juice or 7up in place of sparkling wine for the non-drinkers.
