For one serving:

Classic Mimosa: Equal parts sparkling wine, equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice, 1 tablespoon grand marnier or triple sec.

Fall Mimosa: 2 parts sparkling wine. 1 part fresh apple cider, 2 Tablespoon sugar and 1 Tablespoon cinnamon combined to rim the glass.

Christmas Mimosa: 2 parts sparkling wine, 1 part white cranberry juice, rim glasses with red and green sugar.

Summer Mimosa: 1 part sparkling wine, 1 part pureed watermelon, add a little sweetener or simple syrup to taste (optional)

Hawaiian Mimosa: 1 oz Coconut Rum, 2 oz cold Pineapple Juice, top with sparkly wine. Pineapple slices and/or cherries for garnish.

Serve chilled in champagne flutes.
