1 clove garlic
1 large onion
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
1 large can whole peeled tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
¼ cup red vinegar
10 drops tabasco sauce
1 (32-oz) bottle Campbell's tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Process, using pulse setting, garlic, onion, cucumber, red pepper.
2. Add tomatoes and process lightly.
3. Place in large bowl and add olive oil, vinegar, and tabasco sauce.
4. Chill.
5. Serve with chopped peppers and cucumbers.

Can be frozen.

To make with processor wand - Place all ingredients sliced (garlic minced) in with tomatoes and ½ the tomato juice. Process and then add remainder of juice.
