1 box Manicotti Noodles
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 c Shredded Mozarella
1/4 c Grated Parmesan
1 lg Egg
10 oz Frozen Spinach
1 jar Favorite Pasta Sauce
Seasoning to taste (ie Garlic, Herbs, Salt, Pepper)

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.) Boil noodles to al dente and allow to cool.
3.) Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
4.) Carefully stuff noodles with filling and place in a 13 x 9 dish.
5.) Pour sauce over covering the noodles. Add more cheese if desired.
6.) Bake for 30 minutes till hot and bubbly.
