Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick oleo
1 small carton sour cream
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
1 small can coconut

Frosting:
1 box confectioners sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Cake:
Soften oleo. Mix with all ingredients: cake mix, eggs, pineapple and juice, sour cream and coconut. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake 35 minutes or until done.
Frosting:
Frost cooled cake. Beat softened Cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Frost cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
