2 1/4 c. wheat flour
3/4 c. sucanat
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. frozen blueberries
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
6 TB butter, melted

Topping:
6 TB butter
1 1/2 c. sucanat
1 1/2 TB flour
3/4 pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sucanat, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Gently fold in blueberries. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and butter. Add to flour mixture and stir well. Spread in a greased 9"x13" pan.

Topping:
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350º for 30 mins. or until golden brown. Delicious served warm as breakfast dessert.
