1/2 lb broad egg noodles
1 C small curd cottage cheese
1 C sour cream
2 Tbl minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp A.1. Sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco
1/4 C fine dry bread-crumbs (opt. - we've left this out and it works well)

1/2 C grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese (we use Parmesan cheese)

Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain. Combine the rest and half the cheese with the noodles and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
