2 eggs
1 tsp. chicken-style seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped onion

1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/3 C milk

1/2 can tomato soup
1/2 can mushroom soup
2 or 3 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well and add seasonings and onions. Mix together peanut butter and milk until smooth and add to mixture. Add oatmeal and mix well. Drop by tablespoon into hot shortening. Brown on both sides. Put browned patties in a casserole. Combine the soups and pour over them. Top with bay leaves and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. You may use just one kind of soup if you prefer, although we found the combination is nice.
