1 Bone in turkey breast (frozen or thawed), gravy packet removed
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 stick butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey breast in crockpot, breast side up. Smear with butter then sprinkle dry soup mix over the breast. Place the lid on, or cover the crockpot with foil.

If frozen:
Cook on high for one hour, reduce heat to low for 8 hours.

If thawed:
Cook on low for 8-9 hours.

This is a simple and delicious way to fix a turkey breast. It turns out perfectly juicy every time - even if you don't have time to thaw it first. Definitely a winner!
