4 slices cubed bread
2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
2 lbs. crumbled cooked sausage, drained
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer the cubed bread in it, topped with the grated cheese and cooked sausage. Beat together separately the eggs and milk and the dry mustard, and pour over sausage, cheese and bread. Generously add salt-and-pepper, let sit overnight, bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
