1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup finely diced celery
½ cup diced green onions
1 can water chestnuts, drained and slivered
1 pkg of frozen peas
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
½ lb fried bacon, crumbled

DRESSING: 2 cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp season salt
¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Start with the lettuce and layer in the bottom of a large bowl. Next layer the peas, combine the celery, green onions and water chestnuts together and add a layer of them to the salad. Layer dressing on top of the that, add diced eggs and crumbled bacon.
