1 12-oz. bag fresh or frozen cranberries
½ c. honey
½ c. water
1 tsp. orange zest or few drops of pure orange essential oil
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 rosemary sprigs
½ tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the cranberries well and drain off excess water. Remove any squishy ones. In medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, honey, and water. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, then reduce heat to medium low and cook, stirring occasionally until the cranberries have popped and mixture has thickened to your liking, about 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add cinnamon and rosemary sprigs. Steep for 15 minutes then remove sprigs. Add a few drops of orange essential oil to taste if desired.
