1 cups Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
12 Smaller Eggs
3 cups Flour (up to 1 cup Whole Wheat)
3 tsp flavoring (vanilla, lemon, almond etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Slowly add flour and favoring. B eat for at least 5 minutes. Pour into well-greased cake pan. Bake at 325* for about 1 hour.
