Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup Milk
2/3 cup Flour, sifted
2/3 cup sugar, divided
2 ½ cup Apple Slices
3 Eggs
2 Tbs Butter, melted
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Salt, divided
Confectioners Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine milk, 1/3 cup sugar, eggs, 1/8 tsp salt, flour, and butter. Whip until smooth & creamy. Spread ½ batter in a well buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake 6 – 7 minutes until it begins to set. Remove. Spread apples over batter. Sprinkle with the rest of salt & sugar. Pour remaining batter over the apples. Bake 50 minutes until brown & puffed. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
**The directions were a little vague. The eggs, vanilla, & butter were left off. I put them where I thought they went. Also, I would put cinnamon on the apples. Try it your own way!
