½ cup Soft Oleo
½ tsp nutmeg
½ cup sugar
¼ cup chopped candied cherries
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ cup chopped candied pineapple
2 eggs
¼ cup raisins
1 tsp salt
¼ cup other candied fruit (optional)

Glaze:
Confectioner's sugar
Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Oleo & sugar. Beat in vanilla & eggs. Add dry ingredients & mix. Add fruit. Pour into 9“ waxed paper lined baking dish. Bake at 325º for 25 – 30 minutes. Turn onto rack & peel off paper. While hot spread with a glaze made from confectioners sugar and lemon.
