Meat Balls:
1 ½ lb ground beef
1 egg
½ c chopped onion
¼ c milk
2/3 c crumbs, crushed
1 ½ t ginger
crackers, or rolled oats

Sauce:
¼ t. ginger
2 T. cornstarch
½ C. brown sugar:
1 – 13-1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks
½ C. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatballs well & form into balls. Bake until brown (about 20 – 30 min). In a sauce pan, mix all sauce ingredients except corn starch and ½ c of juice. Heat. When boiling mix cornstarch & juice together. Slowly add to boiling mixture while stirring. Keep stirring until thick. Add meatballs and simmer. Serve with rice.
