1 cup salted butter
⅓ cup sugar
2 tsp water
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add water and vanilla. mix well and add flour and pecans. Chill well (3 hours). Heat oven to 325º, take a measured small cookie scoop and then roll in your hands to a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1" apart and bake for 20 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in powdered (confectioners) sugar.
