2 cups soft wheat flour
¼ cup oil
1 tsp salt
enough water to make balls

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor except water and process for about 5-10 seconds there by mixing the ingredients. Add water slowly through the feed tube of the process till you achieve the right consistency of the dough. Place dough in a bowl. Cover tightly and let it stand or rest for 30 minutes before cooking or baking. Shape dough into ½ inch balls. Keep these covered with plastic wrap while baking the rest of the whole wheat tortillas in the tortilla maker.
