3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup honey
¾ cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 orange peel, grated
¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cups fresh cranberries
3 ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries in half and mix with ¼ cup of the honey to help sweeten the berries before baking. Mix together eggs, milk, honey and oil in a bowl. Blend well, then add baking soda, powder, salt and orange peel. Mix well. Add flour followed by cranberries and nuts. Pour into two greased bread pans and bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Let cool in pans before removing.
