Directions:
I was stuck with 2 quarts of dry over cooked french fries and chicken fingers that I hated to throw away. So I tried an experiment. I poured the french fries into a baking dish, sprinkled them with lemon thyme and parsley, cut up a sweet onion over them and smeared them with 1 can cream of celery soup and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Then I poured a can of chicken broth over them and baked them until they were bubbling. Finally I added the chicken fingers and we had a pretty good meal.
