Round steak
Med Onion
Green pepper
2 12 oz tomato paste with 2 cans water
2 Tbl cornstarch
Pinch of sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into bite size pieces, cutting out as much fat as you can. Brown with onion. Add tomato paste & thin with water. Add pepper cut into small pieces. Simmer until peppers are tender. Season with a bit of sugar, salt or pepper. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water. Stir until thick. Good over rice, whipped potatoes or biscuits.
