1 – 12 oz can apricot filling or jelly

In one bowl mix:
1 ½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ lb butter

In another bowl mix:
1 cup flour
3 egg yolks
3 tsp white vinegar
3 tsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl mix the first 3 ingredients. In another bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Combine using a fork to mix. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Roll out ½ of dough to 1/8 inch on floured board. Cut 2 ½ circles using a cookie cutter or biscuit cutter. Place ½ tsp apricot filling. Fold over & pinch closed. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Can sprinkle with confectioners sugar after baked. Makes about 4 dozen
