2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sweet milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add milk until it makes a soft ball. Drop by spoonful into boiling water, stew or chicken soup. Cook without uncovering for 10 minutes or until done.

Opt: add herbs to dry ingredients. Whole wheat flour can be substituted for white.
