½ cup oleo (margarine)
1 cup peanut butter
2 ½ cup confectioners sugar

1 pkg Almond Bark or melting chocolate

Directions:

Mix oleo, peanut butter, and sugar together. Form ½ inch balls. Refrigerate for an hour. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate leaving a small circle of ball exposed so it looks like a buckeye. Place on wax paper until chocolate hardens. Store in closed container. Makes about 3 dozen.
