20oz Can Crushed Pineapple..................1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Cups Mini Marshmallows.....................12oz Cool Whip
˝Cup water...............................................3 lbs diced Apples
1 Tbsp Flour..............................................1˝ Cups Chopped Peanuts
1 Beaten Egg.............................................3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Pineapple and reserve juice. Add marshmallows and refrigerate overnight. Combine reserved juice, flour, sugar, vinegar and egg in a small pot. Cook until thick then refrigerate overnight. The next day mix both mixtures together with the Cool Whip in a large bowl. Add the apples and peanuts. Chill until ready to serve.
***Do not peel the apples. Use a mix of red and green apples to make it most attractive.
