½ lb Sweet italian sausage, sliced
½ lb Hot italian sausage
1 ea medium onion, diced
1 ea Green pepper, diced
1 cup Long grain rice, uncooked
1 can 28 oz tomatoes
1 T Sugar
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan over medium high heat, cook sausages until well browned on all sides; about 15 to 20 minutes. With slotted spoon, remove sausage; Drain off all but 2 T fat.Add onion and pepper and cook until onion is tender, about 10 min; return sausage to pan and add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
