1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 orange pepper
2 stalks celery
⅛ cup red onion
1 large can corn niblets - drained
good squirt mayonnaise
sprinkle cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
corn chips
Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop all the veggies and put in bowl. Add drained corn.
Mix in mayo, pepper and salt and cayenne pepper if desired - just a sprinkle. :) Add cheese and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Stir in corn chips just before serving.
