5-6 apples, cored and chopped
seedless grapes
large can pineapple chunks
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp corn starch
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop apples and place in bowl - peel if you like - but not necessary.
Wash grapes and separate from stems. Place in bowl.
Drain juice from pineapple into a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Place pineapple chunks in bowl.
Mix cornstarch and sugar together well.
To the juice add 1 beaten egg, and the cornstarch\sugar mixture and whisk well. Cook in microwave until thick - stirring occasionally - watching that it doesn't boil over.
Cool sauce and add to fruit - stirring well. Refrigerate until serving time.
