Cream Cheese Frosting


Ingredients:

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c confectioner sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
1 TBSP rum flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add in sugar, flavoring, and butter until consistency of whipped cream. Frost cake using 1 cup of frosting per layer.
 

Red Velvet Cake


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 ½ c Plain Flour
1 ½ c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk
2 oz red food coloring
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 3 9” prepared cake pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
