1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
grated cheese
Directions:

Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
Whisk in flour.
Gradually add milk, whisking as you go, turning the heat up to medium.
Once thickened a little, add grated cheese until melted.
Serve over veggies.
