5 c. apple chopped
6 T. dark rum (Meyers Dark Rum)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in a bowl with rum. Mix together sugar, oil,eggs. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix, adding nuts and raisins last.
9X13 greased floured pan
Bake at 350 - 50 min. (don't overcook)
Good served with Cool Whip.
