Crust:
12 whole graham crackers, crushed
3 TB sugar
1 Stick butter, melted


Filling:
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust:
Mix together until crumbs are moistened. Press on bottom of a 9"x13" pan.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese till smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 5 mins, scraping bowl once or twice. Pour on top of crust and bake at 300º for 1 hour.


Topping:
Mix ingredients and set aside.

Cool cheesecake for 5 mins. Spread topping over filling. Bake 5 mins more. Cool completely. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight.
