Cake:
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
2 Eggs
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
1 Can Fruit Cocktail
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar (for lining of cake pan)


Icing:
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Small Can Pet Milk
1 Stick of Butter
1 Can Coconut
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:

Cake:
Line baking pan with 1/2 cup light brown sugar. Mix all ingredients together and pour cake mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty (30) minutes.

Icing:
Blend all ingredients in pot and boil for one (1) minute. Pour over cake.
