2 Rotel Original or Hot
2 Hunts Roasted Diced Tomatoes (14.5 ounce)
2 Ortega Diced Green Chiles (4.5 ounce)

1 Bunch of Green Onions (dice and use some of the greens)
1 Handful of Cilantro leaves (sliced into large ribbons)

2 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Chili Powder

Once combined in blender, turn blender on and off quickly 2 or 3 times.
Chill for at least two hours.

I like using all fire roasted ingredients (including the Rotel). To make up for lost heat in the Rotel hot, I like adding in one (half-seeded) jalapeno which can also be charred in a toaster oven (slice pepper in half, place on rack a few inches from top, broil for 1-2 min on either side).
