1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons pepitas (can substitute pistachios)
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons cacao powder

Directions:
Directions:
Add the pepitas and oats in a bowl and set it aside.
Take a small saucepan and place it over low heat. Put the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, peanut butter and cacao powder in it. Heat slowly and stir until it is well combined.
Remove the mixture from the heat and pour over the pepitas and oats.
Mix everything together until it is well combined. Then, spoon into molds or patties.
These have 110 calories each.
