1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Small Onion (diced)
1 Large Bell Pepper (diced)
1 can Diced Tomatoes (29 oz.)
1 can Tomato Soup (10 oz.) (Can use Tomato Sauce, if preferred)
1 can Chicken or Beef Broth (14 oz.)
2 cups Cooked Rice
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Shredded Cheddar Cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, diced onions and peppers over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease from beef mixture. Add diced tomatoes, broth and tomato soup or sauce. Stir well, then add rice. Add seasonings (sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste). Cover and let simmer on low-medium heat for thirty (30) minutes to let flavors blend. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top, if preferred.
