2 14 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
2 cans kidney beans
2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Mix and add water to taste. Sometimes I put TVP (texturized vegetable protein) or ground turkey (browned) in it, but most times not. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about an hour. You can add the beans halfway through if you don’t want them to be too soft. Chili powder can be adjusted for taste, also.
