8 inch pie shell
½ C finely sliced mushrooms
3 green onions, sliced (optional)
½ C chopped broccoli (have used frozen)
1 C cubed cheese (we used cheddar or mozzarella
1 ¾ C milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 level T flour
½ tsp. salt
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Sprinkle of pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients with a little of the milk until smooth. Gradually add the rest of the milk and the beaten eggs. Put vegetables and cubed cheese into pie pan and pour quiche mixture over them to cover. Bake for 45 min. Serves 4.
