Ingredients:  
1 C cottage Cheese (can use 3 oz pkg cream cheese – we never did)
1 C ground cracker crumbs
1 C chopped walnuts
3 eggs
¼ tsp. sage
¼ tsp. salt
1 finely chopped onion

Gravy:
1 can mushroom soup
½ can water (1 can water if putting over rice – both ways are good).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Drop by spoonfuls on a well-greased frying pan. Flatten and let brown. Turn to brown other side. Place patties in a deep casserole dish.

To make gravy, dilute soup with water, then pour over patties. Bake in 350 oven for 20 min or until bubbly.
