5 or 6 large sweet taters
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
Few tbsp. of cinnamon spice

Directions:
Directions:
Clean sweet taters and poke them with fork or knife. Boil them until they are tender. Once tender, drain and set aside to cool. Then, peel and cut them into 1/2 circles and line them into your 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then brown sugar, then white sugar coating taters evenly. Put a tbsp. of butter in each corner and center of the pan.
Finally, sprinkle some of the top, covering the taters. (Usually half the box)
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until the cake on top is brown.
