1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 T. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in the milk and melted butter. Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa and sprinkle over the batter. Pour hot water over the batter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
